anytime fitness- Cudahy !

  well, as you have probably seen on my facebook page, I am joining the crew at the anytime fitness in Cudahy!  this isn't just your typical anytime fitness!  the owner, Jennifer, has made great effort to expand and make it more like a SUPER anytime fitness!  there's a big area for functional training, and a big ol tractr tire for flipping!!!  I am excited to get in there and start helping the people of Cudahy reach new heights of fitness and have fun while getting in their best shape ever!!!  who's with us???? 
​  I will be looking at 2 classes to teach...a bootcamp on tues mornings and a hiit circuit thurs eves!
