i promised to start posting pix of my post-baby body....so, here ya go! my waistline is back! (granted, it's a poochy jelly belly, but i am workin on the ab muscles as well as trying to firm up that loose belly skin w/ cream and such... ) so, i will post more pix in about 2 wks and hopefully, i will be all firmed/toned up and i'll post a bare-belly photo!
i attribute the weight loss i have had thus far mostly to my diet. my appetite has dropped waaaaay down, so my calorie intake has dropped as well! i have been eating mostly grainy cereals and chicken dishes. lots of apples as snacks... a lil trailmix here and there... egg whites, spinach and turkey bacon/sausages for breakfast on wknds... i have continued to take my prenatal vitamins and added in the restless greens, biotin, L-carnitine w/ green coffee extract, CLA, and roxylean (every other day).
