12wk selfie and session special!

class last night kicked ass...and all you guys who canceled out on coming missed a good one!  the ladies who came were sufficiently killed and out by 7:45!

on the left is my 12 wk PP gym selfie from last wk :) my waistline is almost to where i want it...but my back side still has some building to do... i will be doing a killer butt/leg workout today and i will probably post it for you by tomorrow!!

i have a fabulous july training session special that's good till tomorrow: 12 sessions for $300!  unbeatable!  add it to an existing pack or start a new goal with sessions w/ milwaukee's coolest trainer chick (hahaha)  !!

book now and let's roll!  there's still a little bit of summer left to floss around town with your new , buff bod!!! whoop whoop!!!
